Shama Island North Aparthotel Hong Kong, Hong Kong

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and quite big for Hong Kong standards, making them comfortable. The service was exceptional, with exceptionally polite and helpful staff. The location was excellent, convenient for both travel and shopping. The dining experience was enjoyable, with in-house options available. The facilities were top-notch, exceeding my expectations.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms, while slightly small, were impressively clean and well-equipped with an Australian range of body wash and shampoo, making up for the limited space. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, though a bit lacking professionalism at times. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the MTR station, offering convenience for exploring the city. The dining experience, while in-house, was satisfactory. Overall, great value for money with some minor room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were surprisingly well-insulated from outside noise despite facing the side road, but they were indeed on the small side, as is common in Hong Kong. The toilet water being blue and occasionally splashing outside was a bit of an odd experience.

The long-term serviced apartments I stayed in were quite small, but I found them to be clean and comfortable overall. There was a noticeable smell from the previous customer, which was a bit off-putting. The late-night check-in service was helpful, although a high deposit was required, and I received no assistance with my bags. The location was relatively convenient, with easy access to the MTR and local food options. The dining experience was average, with in-house options available beside the entrance. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional.

The hotel rooms were slightly tight on space but made up for it with excellent cleanliness, a range of Australian body wash and shampoo, and modern amenities. However, there was a slightly strange smell, almost like feet, and very limited clothing storage space. The convenient location, just moments away from the tram stop and a short walk to the MTR, was excellent. The dining experience, provided in-house beside the entrance, was decent but other restaurant options nearby. The facilities were satisfactory, offering what was needed during my stay.
