Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms are very clean and comfy, well-insulated from outside noise but on a low floor facing a side road. The toilet water was blue and slightly splashed when flushing. The service is friendly and helpful, but not available during late night check-ins and requires high deposits with no bag support. The location is convenient near Fortress Hill MRT with a great selection of bedding and amenities. The dining is beside the entrance with various nearby restaurants. Overall, a cozy stay with minor room size limitations and noise insulation.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit compact, were exceptionally clean and had a hint of the previous customer's scent. The Australian body wash and shampoo provided were a nice touch, and the modern amenities made up for the limited space. The lower floor location did not bother me much, considering the cleanliness and comfort.
I found the hotel to be pretty clean and new, which is quite rare for Hong Kong. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options, but there was quite a bit of street noise due to heavy traffic. The service was exceptional, with staff always ready to assist although my request for compensation was ignored. The dining options were limited but satisfactory. Overall, a modern and clean stay with friendly service, although noise could be bothersome.
The long-term serviced apartments are always very clean and comfy, perfect for 1-2 people. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with high deposits and lack of support. The hotel's location is very convenient to the MTR and local food options, making it a good choice for exploring Hong Kong. The in-house dining was decent, although there are other restaurants nearby. The facilities were satisfactory with the necessary amenities available.
The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation and friendly front-desk staff. The rooms are compact but clean and face the bustling King's Road. Service is exceptional, although my request for compensation was not acknowledged. The dining options are close by, and the in-house dishes are delicious.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and quite big for Hong Kong standards, making them comfortable. The service was exceptional, with exceptionally polite and helpful staff. The location was excellent, convenient for both travel and shopping. The dining experience was enjoyable, with in-house options available. The facilities were top-notch, exceeding my expectations.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms, while slightly small, were impressively clean and well-equipped with an Australian range of body wash and shampoo, making up for the limited space. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, though a bit lacking professionalism at times. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the MTR station, offering convenience for exploring the city. The dining experience, while in-house, was satisfactory. Overall, great value for money with some minor room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were surprisingly well-insulated from outside noise despite facing the side road, but they were indeed on the small side, as is common in Hong Kong. The toilet water being blue and occasionally splashing outside was a bit of an odd experience.
The long-term serviced apartments I stayed in were quite small, but I found them to be clean and comfortable overall. There was a noticeable smell from the previous customer, which was a bit off-putting. The late-night check-in service was helpful, although a high deposit was required, and I received no assistance with my bags. The location was relatively convenient, with easy access to the MTR and local food options. The dining experience was average, with in-house options available beside the entrance. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional.
The hotel rooms were slightly tight on space but made up for it with excellent cleanliness, a range of Australian body wash and shampoo, and modern amenities. However, there was a slightly strange smell, almost like feet, and very limited clothing storage space. The convenient location, just moments away from the tram stop and a short walk to the MTR, was excellent. The dining experience, provided in-house beside the entrance, was decent but other restaurant options nearby. The facilities were satisfactory, offering what was needed during my stay.
